Has anyone heard of any of these handicappers, (they send me email all the time)?

My mail box is filled up from these guys. I can't tell if they are good or not. A couple of them have been emailing me for years from the same email address. I am very busy all the time and it is hard to find time to cap properly. I don't know how these people got my email address.
